The GOL Weekend Seminar is a three-day experience designed to give couples meaningful time away from everyday distractions to reconnect, strengthen their relationship, and deepen their faith together. Through reflection, shared experiences, and faith-centered activities, couples are encouraged to rediscover one another, communicate more deeply, and bring renewed purpose into their marriage.

Throughout the three days, couples are invited to step away from everyday routines and focus on one another through inspiring talks, real-life experiences shared by married couples, personal reflection, and faith-centered activities. Whether they come seeking a deeper connection, renewed communication, spiritual growth, or simply meaningful time together, the Weekend Seminar provides a supportive environment to reflect on their relationship and God’s presence in their marriage. Couples leave with new perspectives, practical insights, and an opportunity to continue strengthening their commitment to one another.

As their formation continues, couples are encouraged to serve others, share what they have learned, and accompany other couples on their own journey.
